Ellie trained in Ashtanga at Kranti Yoga School in south India. Since then she has been training under Ana Forrest herself and completed both her Foundation and Advanced Forrest Teacher Training.
Laura completed her Ashtanga training with Melanie Cooper and Yin with Norman Blair. She tries to find a balance of a strength and relaxation in her practice and teaching.
Mary teaches a class open to all levels and actively encourages people to feel their way through the practice rather than think their way through it. A large emphasis is placed on breath and bandhas. She believes the rest just happens if you don't try too hard and have a good sense of humour when you fall over.

Richard began practising yoga over 10 years ago initially as compliment to his martial arts. He teaches Rocket, Ashtanga and Yin and likes the balance of the strengthening yang of Rocket with the calming, meditative practice of Yin.
Nadine has 500 hr training and teaches a combination of Vinyasa, Power, Restorative and Yin classes across London. She encourages students to be curious and to challenge their minds as much as their bodies.

Anita is an experienced Forrest level yoga teacher committed to offering a safe space for students to go deeper into their poses and into their process to find more freedom in their lives. As a biodynamic massage therapist and body psychotherapist in training, she has the experience to teach all levels of students and meet the student where they are both physically and emotionally. Anita's teaching is based on the four pillars of Forrest Yoga: Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.
Raj is one of our Rocket teachers. Attempting and falling out of postures that we can't yet do will be positively encouraged during his classes. He helps you to explore your body and mind, with the goal of leaving you pleasantly surprised at who you are and what you are capable of.
